Why do greyhounds and whippets feel the cold so much?
These breeds have very little body fat, thin skin and less natural insulation than other dogs. They lose heat quickly, even indoors.
That’s why you’ll often see them shivering or looking for blankets when temperatures drop. Proper clothing helps keep their body temperature stable without discomfort.
Why doesn’t standard dog clothing usually fit well?
Their anatomy is different: deep chest, slim waist, long back and fine neck. Generic clothing often ends up too short or tight in sensitive areas.
Our patterns are designed specifically for this body type.
Is the clothing suitable for both greyhounds and whippets?
Yes. They share a very similar body structure and thermal needs. The main difference is usually the size, not the design.
How do I choose the right size?
- Chest (widest part)
- Back length
- Neck
Measure your dog standing up, without tightening or leaving the tape loose. Check our size guide to choose accurately.
Which garment should I choose depending on the weather?
Lightweight shirts for mild weather · Sweatshirts for moderate cold · Thermal fleece for colder days · Raincoats for rain and wind.
Handmade orders
When is my order prepared?
We work made to order to avoid overproduction. Each garment is handcrafted especially for you once the purchase is completed.
Typical preparation time: 1–2 working days. During busy periods it may extend up to a maximum of 4 working days.
You’ll receive an email when your order enters production and when it leaves the workshop.
Shipping
How long does shipping take in Spain?
Once your order leaves the workshop:
- Mainland Spain: 24–72 working hours
Total delivery time = preparation + shipping.
What about the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands or other countries?
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Estimated times are shown at checkout before completing your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When tracking is available, you’ll receive the tracking link by email.
Payments
Is it safe to pay on the website?
Payments are processed through secure and certified platforms. We never store full card details.
I need an invoice
Send us your order number and billing details and we’ll issue it for you.
Exchanges and returns
How do I request an exchange or return?
Contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process step by step.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the product is received and checked, the refund is processed to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or provider.
